Meevo pricing, setup and add-ons: what the page says, and what to ask

I build salon and spa websites and wire in whatever booking platform the owner runs, Meevo included, with no arrangement with Meevo or its competitors. Everything below is from Meevo’s pricing page, checked on October 19, 2026.

What does each Meevo plan include?

Meevo also lists features every plan includes: appointment deposits, a waitlist, a resource book for rooms and equipment, online booking, the Google booking button, card on file and group booking. So the features owners most often worry about being locked away are not.

What costs extra on Meevo?

The page names several things that sit outside the plan price.

• Instant Tip Payments need an additional annual subscription, which includes a tipping kiosk. The page sends you to sales for the price.
• Text marketing beyond the included credits: the page notes that text marketing plans are available to purchase.
• Docs & Forms, the MyMeevo employee app and eGift are listed as recommended add-ons. MyMeevo is also listed inside Premier, so on Lite or Essentials ask what it costs.

None of those come with a price on the page. That is the main reason to ask for one written quote with every line in it, rather than a plan price and a conversation.

How does Meevo setup work?

Every plan lists unlimited implementation and training. Meevo’s FAQ says it offers a range of onboarding and training packages, including custom sessions and onsite support, and that most businesses are fully running within 30 days. It is cloud-based, so there is nothing to install.

Thirty days is a normal timeline for a platform with this much in it, and it is worth planning for. Pick a quiet stretch to switch, keep your old system running until the new one has taken real bookings, and ask whether any of the onboarding packages carries its own fee.

The contract, read carefully

The plan section says Meevo subscriptions are based on an annual contract. The cancellation answer in the FAQ describes two plans: a monthly subscription that needs 30 days’ notice, and an annual subscription that needs 30 days’ notice by the 11th month.

So ask which one you are being offered. On the annual plan, the date that matters is the end of month ten. Put it in your calendar the day you sign, because the notice window is the only point in the year when leaving is simple.

How Meevo compares with published prices

On the same day, GlossGenius listed $28, $56 and $168 a month, Vagaro $30 solo up to $90 for seven or more, and Boulevard $159 to $455 per location. Those are not like-for-like, but they give you a range to hold a Meevo quote against.
