Everything your website needs, in one $999 fee.
There is no list of packages here and nothing held back for a bigger tier. One fee, and inside it, every job a website needs done before it can bring a client through the door. Here is each of them, and why it is in there.
What the $999 covers
Design and build
Your site should look like your studio before anyone reads a word.
A template gives every salon in town the same bones and asks you to be the one that looks different. I start from your room instead: the light in it, the work that comes out of it, the kind of client who already books you. The type, color and layout are chosen to match.
Usually five pages: home, services, about, gallery and contact. All of them are built for a phone held in one hand, outside, by someone deciding whether to walk in.
Copywriting
Every word on it, written the way you would say it.
Most beauty websites stall on the words. The owner meant to write them, the designer left placeholders, and two years later the about page still says “coming soon.”
I write every sentence from your form and your feed, in the voice you use with a client in the chair: services that say what happens and what it costs, an about page that sounds like a person, and the details that tell her what to expect when she books. Nothing is left for you to fill in.
Booking, wired in
Booking goes straight into whatever you already use.
Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Mindbody, Acuity, Booksy. Whichever one runs your day, the site plugs into it. No second calendar, no double entry, no client stranded on a contact form waiting for you to text back.
The booking button sits on every page, within reach of a thumb. She sees the work, she picks a time, she is in your book.
Search and AI answers
Set up so Google and ChatGPT can tell people what you offer.
Every page is labeled in the format Google reads and AI apps like ChatGPT quote from: the services you offer, what they cost, your hours, your reviews. When someone asks her phone who does extensions nearby, there is something clear for it to find.
Around that sit the unglamorous parts, done properly: titles, descriptions, headings, image text, a sitemap, and pages that load in under a second.
Hosting and the first year
Twelve months of hosting and edits, inside the same fee.
Hosting, the security certificate, backups, renewals, and every small change a year brings: new prices, a stylist who joined, holiday hours, a better photo for the homepage. Text me the change and it is up the same day.
There is no monthly bill in year one and no ticket queue. After that, hosting and support are $300 a year or $30 a month, or I hand you the whole site to run yourself, free.
Ownership
The domain and the site files are in your name from day one.
Plenty of studios find out too late that they never owned their website. The agency held the domain, the builder held the files, and leaving meant starting over.
Here, nothing is rented back to you. If you ever leave, all of it goes with you.
A barbershop is not a med spa.
Pick yours and read what changes.
All six go into every build, but what they look like depends on the room: a walk-in barbershop needs its hours and policy above the fold, a med spa needs screening before booking, and a tattoo studio needs a page for each artist. Each one below opens the page I wrote for that kind of business.
Barbershop websites
Walk-in rule up top · a page per barber · a menu Google reads
Nail studio websites
Menus priced in parts · sanitation stated · galleries that hold detail
Tattoo studio websites
The inquiry form · flash and custom split · deposit policy placed
Lash & brow websites
A rebooking path · a set menu · an aftercare page
Hair salon websites
A consult gate on color · stylist pages · galleries built for color
Med spa websites
Consult-first booking · a page per treatment · credentials shown
Day spa websites
Menus built on time · couples · gift cards up front
Don’t see yours? Just ask. A tan studio, brow bar, waxing room or IV lounge gets the same six things. Tell me about yours →
All six are in the $999, and your preview is ready by day seven.
Fill out the form and send your Instagram. There is no meeting to schedule.
