Privacy policy.
The shortest privacy policy you'll read this year — because I collect almost nothing.
01 · What I collect
Yeti Design Co. ("Yeti," "I," "me," "my") operates yetidesignco.com. This page explains exactly what information I collect, how I use it, and how I protect it.
I only collect information you directly provide:
- When you fill out the contact form (name, email, phone, business type, brief details)
- When you email or call me directly
- When you submit a project inquiry
That's it. I don't track you across the web. I don't drop tracking cookies. I don't collect data just to collect data.
02 · Contact form data
When you fill out the contact form, your message is delivered to my inbox at kyle@yetidesignco.com via Netlify Forms (the form-handling service for the site). I use this information only to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Discuss your project with you
- Send you updates about your website if you've hired me
I don't add you to mailing lists. I don't sell your email. I don't share it with anyone. I just respond to you, directly.
03 · How long I keep it
Contact form messages and project information are kept as long as needed to serve you and handle your project. If you request deletion, I'll remove your information within five business days. Just email kyle@yetidesignco.com.
04 · Analytics
I may use basic analytics tools (Plausible, Fathom, or Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymized — it tells me things like "how many people visited" or "which pages are popular," not who you are or what you specifically did.
You can disable cookies and analytics in your browser settings anytime. Most modern browsers (Safari, Firefox, Brave) block tracking by default.
05 · Third-party services
Your website will be hosted on Netlify. They have their own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. I'm not responsible for their data practices, but they're a reputable company and don't sell data.
If your finished website includes integrations with third-party tools (booking platforms like Square, Vagaro, Mindbody, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Acuity, Calendly; or Google Business reviews), those services may collect their own data. Check their privacy policies for details — I can't speak for them.
06 · I don't sell your data
Period. I don't sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with anyone. Your email and contact details are yours alone.
07 · Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data I have about you
- Access that data
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it (I'll remove everything within five business days)
To exercise any of these rights, email kyle@yetidesignco.com.
08 · GDPR & CCPA
If you're in the EU and subject to GDPR, or in California and subject to CCPA, I respect your rights. I collect minimal data, don't track you, and provide transparent information about what I do with your information. You can request all your data, correct it, or delete it anytime.
09 · Children
This site isn't intended for people under thirteen. I don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email me and I'll delete it.
10 · Updates
I may update this policy from time to time. If I make material changes, I'll let you know. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change.
11 · Questions
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how I handle your data, email kyle@yetidesignco.com — I'll explain anything or address concerns directly.
Read it, agreed it,
now let's build.
Minimal data collection, plain English, never sold. The way it should be.
