01 · What I do
Yeti Design Co. ("Yeti," "I," "me," "my") is a boutique studio led by Kyle Archuleta from Seattle, Washington. I build custom websites for beauty and wellness businesses only: hair salons, barbershops, day spas, med spas, lash & brow studios, nail studios, and tattoo studios.
When you hire me, you're getting a complete five-page website for a flat $999, with the first twelve months of hosting, SSL, booking integration and small edits already inside it. Same price whether you run one chair or twelve. By paying me and starting the project, you agree to these terms. If you have questions before you start, ask first.
02 · Pricing
The $999 flat fee includes:
- A custom-designed website built specifically for your business and niche
- Up to five pages: typically Home, Services, About, Gallery/Work, and Contact
- Mobile-responsive design that works on every device
- Working contact form so clients can reach you
- SEO basics: clean structure, meta tags, Core Web Vitals optimization
- Booking platform integration (Square, Vagaro, Mindbody, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Acuity, Calendly)
- Hosting on Netlify, fully configured, for a full year
- One round of revisions before launch
- Twelve months of post-launch support (bug fixes and broken links)
The first twelve months of care (no separate charge, no add-on) also include:
- Hosting and SSL on a managed CDN
- Unlimited small edits: hours, prices, photos, staff changes, holiday notices
- Search and schema work kept current through the year: structured data for your services, hours and reviews, a clean sitemap, Search Console and Bing submissions, and adjustments as the search and AI assistants change what they read
- Text or email me directly. I reply within one business day, and in practice within four hours Monday to Saturday. No ticket queue
- Your domain, DNS and source files in your name from day one
After the first twelve months, care renews at $300 a year, or $30 a month. Your choice. If you'd rather run the site yourself, say so and I hand the whole thing over free, code and all. Most owners renew, because beauty businesses change constantly (services, hours, holidays, photos).
Work outside the standard scope is billed at $75 per hour. That covers extra pages, custom features, and integrations beyond the included list. I'll always quote you before starting anything extra.
03 · Your role
To build your site, I need you to provide content within five business days of your deposit:
- Website copy: text for each page, your story, services, descriptions
- Photos: high-resolution preferred, but phone photos work fine
- Your logo if you have one (I can refer designers if not)
- Brand colors or visual references
- Booking platform login or API details
- Contact information and social media handles
The seven-day build clock only starts once I have all your content. If content is missing, I pause the project. You'll get a reminder at day three. If we still don't have it by day five, I'll follow up.
Thirty-day rule: If content isn't provided within thirty calendar days of your deposit, I close the project and no refund is issued. I block time for your project. I can't hold spots open indefinitely.
You're responsible for confirming all content you provide (photos, text, logos) is yours to use or properly licensed. I trust you on this.
04 · Payment
Half the fee, $499.50, locks your build week. No exceptions. I don't touch your project until that payment clears.
Once the deposit is received, I begin work immediately or within one business day. At that point the deposit is non-refundable. See Section 08 for details. The remaining $499.50 is due at preview approval, before the DNS cutover. Nothing launches until final payment clears.
Nothing else is billed in year one. Hosting, SSL, booking integration and small edits are already inside the $999. Renewal terms are in Section 02.
05 · Timeline
Seven days, form to launch. Seven days from when I have all your content, your site is built and live. That's the promise.
This assumes you've provided complete content, your revision request fits inside the included round, and you stick to the standard scope. If your preview isn't in your hands by day seven (my failure, not yours), I refund half the build fee and launch your site free.
I'm not responsible for delays caused by late content, unclear feedback, or requests that go significantly beyond the original scope.
06 · Revisions
One round of revisions is included. Once I show you the completed design, you can ask me to change colors, text, images, layout, or any element before launch.
Additional revision rounds are billed at $75 per hour. I'll estimate before starting.
After launch, small edits are unlimited for a full year: hours, prices, photos, staff changes, holiday notices. Text me and it's done.
07 · Ownership
You own your website. Your domain and DNS stay in your name from day one, and all the code, design, structure, and copy I create is yours. You can move it, change it, hand it to another developer. It's yours.
Your content stays yours. Photos, text, brand materials you provide remain your property. I won't reuse them elsewhere without asking.
Portfolio use: I may show your completed site as a portfolio example or case study on my website and social media. Tell me before launch if you'd rather not. I'll respect that.
08 · Refunds
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work begins. Work starts immediately after it clears.
- No refunds after delivery. Once you've reviewed and approved your site (or it's automatically approved after five business days post-delivery), the project is complete.
- Change of mind: If you pay the deposit and decide not to proceed before I start, no refund. I reserve your build week the moment it clears.
- The delivery guarantee: If your preview isn't in your hands by day seven (due to my failure, not yours), I refund half the build fee and launch your site free.
- Renewal: Year-two care is optional and nothing recurs in year one. Decline the renewal and I hand you the site free. There is nothing to cancel.
09 · No guarantees
I build quality websites, but I can't promise specific business results. I cannot guarantee:
- Search engine rankings or organic traffic
- Increased bookings, walk-ins, or specific revenue
- Uptime of third-party services (Netlify, Google, booking platforms)
- Compatibility with every browser, device, or future OS update
What I do guarantee: a professional, working website delivered on time, built well, that loads fast on a phone.
10 · Support
For a full year after launch: text or email me if something breaks, contact forms stop working, images don't load, or the mobile layout glitches. I'll fix it at no charge.
Small edits are included all year too: hours, prices, photos, staff changes, holiday notices. There's no ticket queue. You text me and it's done.
Larger work (new pages, custom features) is still billed at $75 per hour, always quoted before I start. After the first twelve months, care renews at $300 a year, or $30 a month, or I hand the site over free and you run it yourself.
11 · Contact & disputes

If a dispute arises, I'll work it out with you directly first. If that doesn't work, any legal action follows Washington law and is handled in Washington courts.
I reserve the right to update these terms. If I make material changes, I'll let you know. Your existing project won't be affected by future updates.
