Terms of Service

1. What We Do

Yeti Design Co. ("we," "us," "our," or "Yeti") is operated by Kyle Archuleta. We build custom websites for beauty and wellness professionals—salons, spas, barbershops, tattoo studios, nail studios, med spas, and lash/brow studios.

When you hire us, you're getting a complete website for $99 to launch + $50/month. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime after month 3. That's the deal.

By paying us and starting the project, you agree to these terms. If you have questions before you start, ask first.

2. Pricing & Included Services

The $99 one-time package includes:

  • A custom-designed website built for your business
  • Up to 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, plus one more of your choice)
  • Mobile-responsive design (works perfectly on phones, tablets, and computers)
  • Contact form so clients can reach you directly
  • SEO basics: proper structure, meta tags, and mobile optimization
  • Complete access to the Yeti Growth Stack (7 free tools—see Section 3)
  • Hosting on Netlify (fast and reliable)
  • 30 days of post-launch support (fixing bugs and broken links)

One round of revisions is included before your site launches. After launch, additional revisions are $75 per hour.

Extra pages, custom features, or work beyond the standard scope: $75 per hour. We'll give you a quote before starting anything extra.

3. The Yeti Growth Stack

The Growth Stack is 7 tools included with your website:

  • Review Rocket: Google review funnel to get more reviews
  • No-Show Shield: Automatic appointment reminders

  • Retention Radar: Client retention tracker
  • Fill My Slots: Cancellation slot filler
  • Caption Craft: Social media caption generator
  • Consult Form: Digital intake form

How the tools work: All Growth Stack tools run entirely in your browser using localStorage. No data is sent to any server. No accounts to manage. No tracking. Your client information stays on your device.

No warranty: These tools are provided as-is. We don't guarantee they'll work with every device, browser, or integration. Use them as a bonus—if something doesn't work, email kyle@yetidesignco.com and we'll help troubleshoot.

4. Your Responsibilities

To build your site, we need you to provide content within 5 business days of payment. Here's what we need:

  • Website copy (text for each page, about you, services, descriptions)
  • Photos and images (high-res is better, but phone photos work fine)
  • Your logo (if you have one—if not, we can suggest designers)
  • Your brand colors or style preferences
  • Links to any booking systems, social media, or third-party tools you use
  • Contact information and social media handles

The 7-day build clock only starts when we have all your content. If content is missing, we pause and wait. You'll get one reminder at day 3. If we don't have everything by day 5, we'll follow up.

30-day forfeit rule: If content isn't provided within 30 calendar days of payment, we close your project and no refund is issued. We block time for your project, and we can't hold spots open indefinitely.

You're responsible for making sure all content you provide (photos, text, logos) is yours to use or properly licensed. We trust you on this.

5. Payment

Full payment of $99 is required before we start any design work. No exceptions. We don't touch your project until the payment clears.

Once payment is received, we begin work immediately (or within 1 business day). At that point, the payment is non-refundable—see Section 9 for details.

6. Timeline

7 business days from when we have all your content, your site will be built and live. That's our promise.

This timeline assumes you've provided complete content, you don't request major redesigns beyond the included revision, and you stick to the standard scope. If design work takes longer than 30 calendar days from when we receive your content (due to something on our end), you're eligible for a full refund.

We're not responsible for delays caused by you sending content late, unclear feedback, or requests that go way beyond what we quoted.

7. Revisions

One round of revisions is included. That means once we show you the completed design, you can ask us to change colors, text, images, layout, or any element before launch.

Additional revision rounds beyond the first: $75 per hour. We'll estimate time before we start.

8. Ownership

You own your website. When you pay us, all the code, design, and structure we created transfers to you. You can move it, change it, or hand it to another developer. It's yours.

Your content stays yours. Any photos, text, or brand materials you gave us are yours. We won't use them elsewhere without asking.

Portfolio use: We may show your completed site as a portfolio example or case study on our website and social media. If you don't want us to, tell us before your site launches and we'll respect that.

9. Refund Policy

  • Payment is non-refundable once design work begins. Work starts immediately after payment clears. Once we've started, no refund is available.
  • No refunds after your site is delivered. Once you've reviewed your site and approved it (or it's automatically approved after 5 business days), the project is complete and no refund is issued.
  • Change of mind: If you pay and decide you don't want to proceed before we start, no refund. We reserve your time slot as soon as payment clears.
  • The one exception: If we fail to deliver a completed website within 30 calendar days of receiving all your content (due to our failure, not yours), you get a full $99 refund.

10. No Guarantees

We build quality websites, but we can't promise specific results. We cannot guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings or traffic
  • Increased bookings or clients
  • That third-party services (Netlify, Google Analytics, booking systems) will never go down
  • That all Growth Stack tools will work perfectly with every browser or device

What we guarantee: a professional, working website delivered on time.

11. Support

30 days after your site launches: If something breaks, contact forms stop working, images don't load, or the mobile layout glitches, email us and we'll fix it at no charge.

After 30 days: Ongoing support is available at $75 per hour. This includes content updates, new pages, feature additions, or anything not covered in the original build.

If a dispute arises, we'll try to work it out directly first. If that doesn't work, any legal action will follow Colorado law and be handled in Colorado courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Your existing project won't be affected by future updates.
