Each ritual is a sequence — never a checklist. Therapists trained in Pacific NW herbalism, deep-tissue, hot stone, and water immersion. Reserve at least seven days ahead; we don't take walk-ins.

The forest hourCedar · sage · juniper · bergamotSixty minutes of full-body massage with PNW-foraged essential oils. The therapist works the long muscle groups slow, in silence, with hot river stones along the spine.

The water sequenceCold plunge · steam · mineral · restA two-hour rotation through cold plunge, eucalyptus steam, mineral pool, cedar rest room. No phones. Robes provided. Reserve in pairs or solo.

The deep ninetyTherapeutic deep-tissue · triggerFor runners, climbers, desk-bound, and the just-tired. Therapist works the whole body, hard, with arnica and CBD oil. You will be sore tomorrow.

The face — a quiet hourBotanical facial · herbal compressCleansing, exfoliation, mask, sculpting massage. Botanical-only product line — no acids, no actives, no machines. The face you came in with, lighter.

The full afternoonForest hour · water · facial · teaAll three pieces, in sequence, with a break for tea between. Three-and-a-half hours from arrival to door. The rest of your day will not feel the same.

Studied shiatsu in Kyoto, deep‑tissue in Seattle. Opened Stillwater in 2019. Specializes in the forest hour and the deep ninety.
Botanical-only facials. Trained in herbalism at Bastyr. The face — a quiet hour is hers; she'll prep your tea while she works.
Hot stone, hot towel, water sequence. Has not raised her voice in fourteen years. Climbs in the Olympics on her days off.
