The menu · quietly considered

Eight treatments. Each one earned its place.

Nothing trendy and nothing rushed. A service goes on this list when a practitioner has learned it well enough to teach it, and comes off when it has not survived a year of honest results.

One price, one hour

What you see is what it costs. There is no tiered version of any of these, no upgrade offered at the table, and no product sold to you on your way out. If a practitioner thinks something else would serve you better, she will say so and it will usually cost less.

How to choose, if you are not sure.

Most people arrive knowing how they feel, not what they want booked. That is a reasonable place to start.

If you are — tired

Sauna Ritual, then Deep Tissue. Heat first, work second. Twenty minutes in the infrared makes an hour of bodywork land differently, and the plunge afterward is what keeps you from feeling drugged for the rest of the day.

165 min total · $375
If you are — dull

HydraFacial, LED layered in. The extraction and hydration do the visible part; the light does the part you notice three days later. Adding the LED costs nothing and adds twenty-five minutes.

75 min · $185
If you are — short on time

Enzyme Refresh. Forty-five minutes, no downtime, no redness to explain at a two o'clock meeting. It is the treatment our members book most often between the bigger ones.

The list is short on purpose.

Solstice is a day spa, not a medical practice. We do not inject anything, we do not run a laser, and we do not sell a course of six sessions at a discount so that you feel obliged to use them. Every one of those is a good business. None of them is this one.

What that leaves is eight treatments that two people can perform at a very high level, in six rooms, without hurrying. When a guest asks for something we do not offer, we say who in Scottsdale does it well. That referral has cost us revenue and earned us more.

Layering, and what it costs

LED light therapy and the enzyme peel both layer into any facial at no additional charge. This is not a promotion. They take twenty-five and fifteen minutes respectively, your practitioner is already in the room, and charging for the same hour twice has never sat right with us.

Bodywork does not layer. Ninety minutes of deep tissue is ninety minutes of deep tissue, and adding a scrub to the front of it makes both worse. If you want both, book the Signature Body Ritual, which was designed to hold them together.

Questions we get at the desk.

Do I have to be a member to book?

No. Roughly two-thirds of the appointments on any given week are non-members. Membership exists because a hundred people wanted to come every month and wanted the same suite held for them; it is a scheduling instrument more than a discount.

How far out do I need to book?

Facials, usually two to three weeks. Bodywork with Jordan, closer to two months, because she takes one client an hour and does not add rows. If you are flexible on the day, the waitlist moves more than people expect. Roughly one in six appointments changes hands in the final forty-eight hours.

Can I book two treatments back to back?

Yes, and the desk will help you order them correctly. Heat before work, work before facial, facial last if it is happening at all. Booked in the wrong order, three good treatments produce one mediocre afternoon.

What if I have never had a professional treatment before?

Say so when you book, and read your first visit before you come. The twelve-minute consultation at the start of every appointment exists precisely for this. Nobody here is going to make you feel like you should already know something.

How far out we book.

Most treatments book two to three weeks out. Bodywork with Jordan runs closer to two months. Tell us roughly when, and we will find it.
