Membership exists because a hundred people wanted to come every month and wanted the same suite at the same hour held for them. It is a scheduling instrument first and a discount second, and it is capped so that it keeps working.
One treatment a month up to $185, your practitioner and your slot held on a standing basis, and ten per cent off anything else you book. Unused months roll for ninety days, then lapse.
One treatment a month up to $340, which covers the Signature Body Ritual, plus the sauna whenever there is a slot free. For people who come for bodywork rather than skin.
Cancel from the front desk or by text, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. Nobody will ask you to fill in a form or talk to a retention person, because there is not one.
Two practitioners working forty-six hours between them produce a fixed number of hours a month. Sell more standing slots than that and the standing slot stops standing: your Thursday at two becomes a Tuesday at eleven, then a waitlist, then an apology.
A hundred members leaves roughly a third of the book open for people who are not members, which is what keeps the schedule breathable for everyone. When the list is full there is a waiting list, and it is genuinely a list rather than a sales tactic. It has been full twice and moved both times within six weeks.
It is not prepaid treatments at a discount, and it is not a course of six you feel obliged to use. If a month goes by and you did not come, that month rolls for ninety days. If three months go by, we will email and suggest you pause rather than quietly keep billing you.
It is also not a requirement. Roughly two thirds of the appointments in any given week are non‑members and they are not treated differently at the desk or in the suite.
With one named person in your household, yes, and you can alternate months. Tell the desk who so that both files exist and the practitioner is not meeting a stranger with your notes in front of her.
Pay the difference. A $155 membership against the $340 Signature Body Ritual is $185 at the desk, and the ten per cent applies to it.
Yes, and it is the whole point. It is released only if you cancel it or if you miss three in a row without a word, at which point somebody will call you before anything is released.
No. First month is the first month. Nothing is charged that is not a treatment you are going to have.
Membership is arranged in person or by phone, not online. It takes about four minutes and there is nothing to sign.
