Two readings on water and cold

Written down, against our own interest.

Both of these argue against something this industry sells hard. One says two minutes in the cold is a full dose rather than ten, and the other says our own membership is wrong for most people. We would rather be trusted than booked once.

Nothing goes up because it is a Tuesday

There is no schedule and nothing to subscribe to. These two exist because they are the questions asked most, in the thirty minutes before the table and in the tea afterwards, and both had answers longer than that conversation allows.

The rest of what people want to know has a page of its own. Your first visit covers arriving. The road in covers the gravel mile and the turning that is easy to miss. The water sequence covers the temperatures and timings.

If you have a question none of those answers, ask it when you ring. If it comes up enough, it ends up here.

Or ask on the bench.

The thirty minutes before your treatment is exactly this conversation, with your own shoulder attached to it.
