Appointments · two chairs

Two ways in.

A haircut is one tap from here. Color takes one extra step first, and that step is the reason your appointment will be the right length when you arrive.

i.

Book a cut.

Straight to the calendar. Pick a day, pick a time, done.

  • Precision cut & finish · $95+
  • Trim & finish · $55
  • Blowout · $55
  • Scalp treatment · $75
  • Keratin smoothing · $325+
  • Extension move-up on a set we installed · $325+

No deposit. No consultation. Chair two, with Alyssa.

ii.

Request a color consultation.

Fifteen minutes and a few photos, before anything is booked. Always free.

  • Balayage, highlights, root retouch, gloss
  • Going lighter than you are now
  • Growing out or blending gray
  • Anything over box color, henna or a previous correction
  • A first set of hand-tied extensions
  • Bridal color, before the trial

One business day for a reply. Chair one, with Jade.

Why the extra step

A six-hour job does not fit in a two-hour slot.

Here is the thing most booking systems get wrong. You choose the service that sounds closest to what you want. The software hands it a fixed block, say two hours for highlights. Then you sit down, and the honest read is that your hair has four years of box color in the mid-lengths and needs six hours across two visits.

Now everybody loses. We either rush work that should not be rushed, or we stop halfway and you go back to your life with foils' worth of progress and a Saturday gone.

Booking the wrong length of appointment is the single most common way a good color relationship starts badly.

So color at Verse is quoted from a photo, not from a service name. It costs you a message and a day. It buys you an appointment that is actually the length of the work.

After you send a consultation

Four steps, and none of them is a sales call.

  • You send photos. Front, back and ends, in daylight, no filter. Plus anything that has touched your hair in the last two years, including a box.
  • Jade reads it and replies within one business day. One session or several, a real price range, and what your hair will and will not do.
  • If it is a go, we book the actual length the work needs and take a $75 deposit against it.
  • You arrive and we start. No second consultation at the chair. We already had it.

Deposits, cancellations, running late

  • Cuts and blowouts take no deposit. Book them and come.
  • Color takes a $75 deposit, applied to the service. It holds a chair we cannot resell at short notice.
  • 48 hours to move or cancel color with the deposit intact. 24 hours on cuts.
  • Ten minutes late is fine. Past twenty we may have to shorten the service to protect the appointment behind yours.
