Three artists · two suites

Tell us roughly when.

We left the live calendar off on purpose. A full set is two hours with a specific artist, and the desk can almost always find you something better than the first gap a widget would have offered.

Three ways, all of them a person

Call 704.555.0117. Tuesday to Saturday, nine to seven. Fastest, and the only one where somebody can talk you out of the wrong set, which happens most weeks.

Text the same number. Answered between clients, usually within the hour. Good for “anything Thursday?” and for moving something you already have.

Send the form below. Read the same day and answered with real openings rather than a calendar link.

What to tell us

Roughly when, and roughly what. “Something natural, Thursday or Friday afternoon” is a better brief than a set name picked from the menu at midnight, because the set gets settled at the map anyway.

Say if it is your first set, say if you are wearing a set from somewhere else, and say if you have ever reacted to adhesive. All three change the appointment length before you arrive rather than after.

Send it through.

Six fields. Anything you leave out we will ask in the reply.

Read the same day, Tuesday to Saturday. We reply with two or three openings, not a booking link.

Interactive prototype

This form is illustrative and does not submit anywhere. On a real Yeti build it wires into whatever booking software the studio already runs, so the enquiry lands where the desk is already looking.

Asked often.

Why is there no online booking calendar?

Because the set gets decided at the map, not at midnight. A widget will happily sell somebody with fine, sparse lashes a mega volume set, and then we have an awkward conversation two hours into an appointment they have already paid for.

How does the lash waitlist work?

Tell us the days that work and we call when something opens. About one appointment in five moves inside the final forty-eight hours, so it shifts more than people expect.

Is there a deposit for lash extensions?

Fifty dollars on a first full set, taken off the price. Nothing on fills. It exists because a two-hour no-show costs an artist half a day and it stopped happening the week we introduced it.

What is the lash cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours. Inside it, half the service. If you are ill that is always an exception, and we will not ask for proof.

Or just call.

704.555.0117, Tuesday to Saturday, nine to seven. Usually faster than anything typed.
