A storefront with two big windows and a green door, one block east of Five Points. If you have passed the taqueria you have gone about forty feet too far.
Getting here
It's an easy drive
and a harder park.
From downtown, take the Woodland Street bridge east and stay on Woodland for about a mile. Seven minutes on a good afternoon, fifteen at five o'clock. Coming down from Inglewood or Madison, take Gallatin to Five Points and turn right.
Rideshare drops on Woodland out front. Please don't have them pull into the alley. It is one car wide and somebody is always backing out of it.
Parking, honestly
- Street parking on Woodland is free and almost always open before six. Two-hour signs are posted but not enforced on this block.
- The gravel lot behind the building is not ours. It belongs to the taqueria on the corner and they do tow. They are lovely people. They still tow.
- Thursday through Saturday evening, Five Points fills. If Woodland is stacked, park a block up on 11th and walk down. It is ninety seconds.
- There is a bike rack on the post out front, and room inside for one bike on a rainy day if you ask.
Reaching us
Text is fastest.
Two people work here and both of them have their hands in somebody's hair for most of the day. Here is what actually gets answered, and roughly when.
- Text (615) 555-0193. Both chairs see it. Answered between guests, usually within the hour we are open.
- Calling works too. It rings at a desk nobody sits at, so leave a message and we will call back at lunch or after close. We do not answer mid-service, and you would not want us to.
- Email hello@versehair.co for bridal, press, product questions, and anything with an attachment.
- Instagram messages get read, not booked. A DM asking for Saturday will get a friendly link back to this page.
- For color, use the consultation form. It is the only route where we can see your photos properly and give you a real answer instead of a guess.
If you are running late, tell us as soon as you know. Ten minutes is usually fine. Twenty and we start losing the back half of the appointment.
