Ring, or write.

There is no booking form on this page because there is no appointment book. What there is: a telephone that somebody answers between cuts, and an address that has not moved since 1928.

The telephone

(718) 555-0168. Somebody picks it up between cuts, which means it rings out sometimes on a Saturday and that is not a fault. Try again in ten minutes.

Ring for one of three things: how long the wait is, whether we are open on a particular holiday, or to ask about something before you come in. Not to book, because there is nothing to book into.

Whoever answers will tell you the truth about the queue. We have never rounded down.

Writing

joe@heritagebarberbrooklyn.com goes to Joe and gets read in the evening. Slower than the phone and better for anything that is not urgent: a question about a child’s first haircut, whether we can do something, a photograph you want an honest opinion on.

What we are not good at

Instagram, which exists and is updated roughly monthly by Marcus. Anything that arrives through a messaging app. If it matters, ring.

Or write it here.

Four fields. It goes to the same address and gets read in the evening.

Read in the evening, Tuesday to Saturday. This is not a booking and there is nothing to book.

Interactive prototype

This form is illustrative and does not submit anywhere. On a real Yeti build it goes wherever the shop is already reading its messages.

Asked often.

Can I book an appointment at Heritage & Sons?

No. Walk-ins only, and there is no booking form on this site because there is nothing to book into. Ring to ask after the wait and somebody will tell you honestly.

What is the phone number for Heritage & Sons?

(718) 555-0168, answered between cuts Tuesday to Saturday. If it rings out it is because all three chairs are going; try again in ten minutes.

Can I ring ahead to check the wait?

Yes, and it is the single most useful thing you can do before leaving the house on a Saturday. Nobody here has ever rounded the wait down.

Or just come in.

Tuesday to Friday nine to eight, Saturday eight to six. Sit down and somebody will get to you.

Yeti·Design Co.

Example interactive prototype. Not a real business. Names, photographs, reviews and figures on this page are illustrative. Identifying details on real client work are changed to protect their privacy. This is what Yeti can build for a barbershop in seven days.
