Booking · by text

Text, and Iris answers.

There is no calendar link and no app. Text (912) 555-0102 with roughly what and roughly when, and you will get two or three real times back within a few hours from a person who knows what is in the diary.

Why text rather than an app

Because the first question is almost never “which set”, it is “what should I have”, and a booking form cannot answer that. Half the people who text saying they want mega volume end up booking hybrid once somebody has asked what their week looks like, and they are happier and they spend less.

An app would also let somebody book a two-hour volume set on lashes that will not carry it, which we would then have to unpick at the chair after they have driven across town.

What to say

Roughly what you want, roughly when you are free, and whether you have worn extensions before. Three sentences is plenty and everything else comes out in the reply.

If you are coming from another studio, send a photograph: close up, daylight, eyes closed. It is the difference between booking a fill and booking a removal, and finding that out by text is much better than finding it out in the chair.

The cancellation policy

Twenty-four hours, no charge, no explanation needed, and Iris means it: she would rather you moved an appointment than sat in one while unwell or in a hurry. Under twenty-four hours we ask for half, which is about being two chairs rather than about principle.

A no-show is the full amount and it happens perhaps three times a year.

Or send it here.

Five fields. It reaches the same phone and gets the same reply.

Answered within a few hours, Tuesday to Saturday. We answer with times that exist, not a link.

Interactive prototype

This form is illustrative and does not submit anywhere. On a real Yeti build it wires into whatever the studio already runs, so the message lands where somebody is already looking.

Asked often.

How do I book at Wisp?

Text (912) 555-0102 with roughly what you want and roughly when you are free. Answered within a few hours with two or three real times. There is no calendar link and no app.

How far in advance should I book lashes?

About two weeks with Iris and one with Devi. Saturdays run three to four weeks out. Fills are usually available inside a week in either chair.

What is the cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours, no charge and no explanation needed. Under that we ask for half, which is about being a two-chair studio rather than about principle.

Can I request a specific lash artist?

Yes. Say so when you text. If you have no preference, first sets go to Iris and fills go to whoever has the slot, which is how the two-week wait stays at two weeks.

Three sentences is plenty.

What, roughly when, and whether you have worn extensions before. The rest comes out in the reply.
