Tell us your concept, placement, approximate size, and which artist's style resonates with you. Reference photos always help. The more detail you provide, the better we can serve you.
We'll set up a 30-minute consultation (in person or video) to discuss your idea, refine the design, and give you a realistic quote. This is when we make sure we're aligned.
A deposit secures your appointment and kicks off the design process. We'll share a sketch 5–7 days before your session. You'll have revisions included — this is your tattoo.
Arrive hydrated, well-rested, and fed. Your artist will walk you through the final design before any ink hits skin. You're in control. Let's create something timeless.
Delicate, detailed linework that ages beautifully with proper care. Botanical, minimalist, illustrative. Precision at its finest.
Bold lines, timeless color, classic American iconography. The tattoo that never goes out of style. Punchy. Permanent. Perfect.
Pure black ink, graphic impact, zero fuss. Geometric patterns, solid fills, bold statements. Raw and powerful.
Sacred geometry, mandala, precise mathematical patterns. Harmony through precision. Spiritual and visually stunning.
Portrait work, nature studies, photographic depth. When you want your tattoo to look like art. Demanding and rewarding.
The bridge between traditional boldness and illustrative detail. Color, depth, and storytelling. The modern classic.
All jewelry is implant-grade titanium or ASTM F136. Pricing from $40 + jewelry selection.
"Marco did a full traditional sleeve on me over two sessions. The color saturation, the shading — it's the best work I've ever seen in person. He's a master."
"Sasha's fine line botanical work is otherworldly. I have four pieces from her and every one gets stopped on the street. She's an artist first, tattooer second."
"Ironwood Tattoo is the only shop I'd trust for portrait work. Caden nailed my mother's likeness on the first try. The detail is unreal."
Each of our artists has a distinct style and specialty. Browse their portfolios, look at their work, and book a consultation with the artist whose style speaks to you. We match person to artist based on your idea and their expertise.
Custom pricing varies by size, placement, complexity, and artist. Fine line botanical work differs in cost from a large color piece. We discuss pricing during your consultation after you've shown us your reference and we understand the scope.
We require a 50% deposit to book your appointment and secure your artist. The deposit is applied to your final tattoo cost. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you. If you cancel within 30 days of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Absolutely. Please bring as many reference images, inspiration photos, and ideas as you have. Specificity helps us create exactly what you want. Digital photos, magazine clippings, links — all welcome.
Get plenty of rest. Eat a full meal beforehand. Stay hydrated. Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen). Wear comfortable clothing. Arrive 10 minutes early. Most importantly, bring your reference images and be ready to sit still.
We accept consultation requests through our online form.
All custom work — no exceptions.

Every service we offer is a reflection of who we are — people who care deeply about the craft and the clients who trust us. We didn't build Iron & Ink Tattoo to be just another business. We built it to be the place our clients come back to again and again.
From day one, the philosophy has been simple: show up, do excellent work, and treat every client like they're the most important person in the room. Because they are.
