Six chairs. Six books.

Everybody here rents their chair and keeps their own calendar, which means you are booking a person rather than a slot. It also means the wait varies a lot depending on whose hands you want.

Mireya Solano

Sculpted acrylic, long shapes, tier-three art. Opened the studio in 2017. Books three weeks out and takes one new client a week.

Junie Park

Structured gel and Russian dry manicures. The fastest clean cuticle line in the building. If your gel has always lifted, this is the chair.

Tal Amara

Gel-X and freehand florals. Does most of the tier-two work here, and will talk you out of a design that will not survive your job.

Rosa Idris

Acrylic, French, and every variety of it. Micro-French, angled, double. Ask for her if you want something precise rather than something busy.

Kit Navarro

Soft gel, natural overlays, short shapes. Newest book, so usually the easiest to get into, and the person to see for a simple three-week set.

The apprentice chair

Six months, supervised, at half price and clearly labelled. You are told at booking, you are told again at the desk, and the tech who is supervising checks the set before you pay.

What booth rental means for you

Each tech here is self-employed and rents their chair. They set their own hours, keep their own book and take their own payment. What they do not set is the standards: EMA only, no e-file on the natural nail, single-use files, autoclave logs. Those are conditions of the chair.

The practical consequence is that “can I get in today” has six different answers, and the desk will give you all of them honestly rather than putting you with whoever is free and hoping you do not notice the difference.

The apprentice chair

Six months, supervised, half price, and labelled every single time it is offered. Nobody is ever booked into it without knowing. The supervising tech checks the set before you pay, and if it is not right you do not pay for it.
