Six techs · six waits

Six books, six waits.

Everybody here keeps their own calendar, so “when can I get in” has six different answers. The desk will give you all of them rather than putting you with whoever is free and hoping you do not notice.

Three ways, all of them a person

Call 512.555.0146. Tuesday to Sunday, ten to eight. The only route where somebody can tell you that the shape you are asking for will not survive your job, which happens most days.

Text the same number. Answered between clients. Best for moving an appointment and for “anything Thursday?”

Send the form below. Read the same day and answered with two or three real times.

What to tell us

Roughly when, roughly what, and what you do with your hands all day. The third one matters more than the first two and almost nobody volunteers it.

Say if you are wearing a set from somewhere else so the slot includes a removal. Say if you want tier-two art so the slot is fifteen minutes longer. Both are much easier to arrange now than at the chair.

Send it through.

Six fields. Leave anything blank and we will ask when we write back.

Answered the same day, Tuesday through Sunday. You get real times back, not a calendar link.

Interactive prototype

This form is illustrative and does not submit anywhere. On a real Yeti build it wires into whatever booking software the studio already runs, so the enquiry lands where the desk is already looking.

Asked often.

Why can I not book nails online?

Six independent techs with six separate calendars, and a service list where the right answer depends on what you do for a living. A widget gets that wrong often enough that the desk is genuinely faster.

Is there a deposit for nail appointments?

Twenty-five dollars on a first full set and on any tier-three art, taken off the price. Nothing on fills.

What is the nail cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours, and it costs nothing. Inside it, half the service. Illness is an exception every time and nobody asks for proof.

Can two people book nail appointments together?

Yes, and it is worth asking rather than booking two slots online-style. Two chairs side by side is a scheduling question, not a booking one, and the desk can nearly always do it with a few days’ notice.

Or just call.

512.555.0146, Tuesday to Sunday, ten to eight. Usually faster than anything typed.
