Why the consult is separate
Nobody is treated on the day of a first consultation, and that is a policy rather than a scheduling problem. Thirty minutes of talking followed immediately by a needle is a decision made under social pressure, and a decision about your face should be made somewhere other than the chair it will happen in.
So the consult is thirty minutes, complimentary, and it ends with a written plan and a number. You go away with both. Roughly one person in five does not come back, and that is a good outcome rather than a lost sale.
No packages
Prepaid packages are the standard economics of this industry and we do not run them. They front-load revenue against treatments not yet performed, they create a reason to keep treating somebody who has had enough, and they are almost impossible to refund gracefully when a patient’s circumstances change.
Every appointment here is paid for when it happens. If you want to stop, stop, and nothing is owed in either direction.
What we do not do
Threads, PDO or otherwise. Fat dissolving injectables. Anything on a lip that has had permanent filler put in it elsewhere. Same-day treatment for anyone under twenty-five on a first visit, which is a judgement rather than a rule and one we will explain.
And any treatment we think you do not need, which happens at almost every consult and is the reason people come back.
