Not a blog. Three long answers to the three conversations that eat the first ten minutes of every consultation. Better read sitting down than delivered standing up with a chart in one hand.

There is no publishing schedule here. These three exist for a duller reason than content strategy: they are the questions that arrive most often, and answering them out loud in a treatment room (quickly, with somebody's coat still on the hook) has never once been the version that lands.

They are written by the lead nurse practitioner rather than by anyone in marketing, which is why none of them ends in an offer and none of them promises you an outcome. Two of them will occasionally talk somebody out of an appointment. That is not an accident; that is the reason to write them down. If a fourth question starts arriving as often as these three, we will write that one too.

What to ask before your first injectable

Six questions any practice should be able to answer in about ten seconds: which license is holding the syringe, which product and may you see the box, how many units and why that number, what the whole thing costs including the two-week review, what happens if you don't like it, and who picks up the phone on a Sunday night.

When to postpone a treatment

Seven reasons we move an appointment rather than keep it. Illness and antibiotics, pregnancy and breastfeeding, blood thinners and the supplement shelf, dental work either side, an active cold sore, an event ten days out, and a filler history nobody can reconstruct. Almost all of it is timing rather than eligibility.
