THE DOOR

Finding the entrance.

The building's north lobby faces Third Avenue, set back from the sidewalk behind two planters. Take the elevator to the second floor and turn right; Suite 210 is the last door on the corridor. The suite door is locked between appointments. Knock, or text the front desk, and someone will let you in.

THE LINES

Reaching a person.

Call or text 720.555.0177 for scheduling, rescheduling, arrival questions and anything administrative. Email consult@alderaesthetics.co for the same. If you are already a client and something about a recent treatment concerns you, call. Do not email, and do not wait.

Getting here

Parking in Cherry Creek.

Street parking on Third Avenue and along Detroit is metered with a two-hour maximum, which is enough for a consultation and most treatments but tight for a longer protocol. The garage beneath the building is the safer choice: take a ticket at the gate, bring it up with you, and the front desk will validate ninety minutes. Overflow is a block north on Second Avenue, unmetered after six.

If you are coming by bus, the Third Avenue stop is at the corner of Detroit, roughly a two-minute walk. Ride-share drivers should be given the north lobby entrance rather than the building's mailing address, which drops you on the wrong side of a one-way.

Arrive about ten minutes early for a first visit. There is paperwork, and we would rather you fill it out sitting down than in the elevator. If you are running late, text; we hold appointments for fifteen minutes and after that the treatment window usually has to move.

Cancellations

Consultations carry no deposit and no cancellation fee. Tell us whenever you know. Treatment appointments hold a room and a provider for up to ninety minutes, so we ask for twenty-four hours' notice; inside that window we may ask for a deposit against the rebooking.

Before you write to us

What email can and can't answer.

We answer messages quickly, and we are genuinely happy to hear from you. But there is a category of question that cannot be answered responsibly through a keyboard, and it is worth being clear about the line before you write.

Ask us here, by all means

  • Hours, availability and how far out we are booking
  • What a treatment involves, generally, and how long you should set aside for it
  • Price ranges, membership terms, and what is and isn't included
  • Whether we carry a particular product or device
  • What to expect at a first visit, and what to bring

These wait for the consultation

  • Whether a specific treatment is appropriate for you
  • How many units or syringes you would need
  • Whether a medication, condition or recent procedure changes what we can do
  • Anything about a mark, a lump, a change in your skin, or a result you are unhappy with

Those are clinical judgments. They require a licensed provider looking at your face, in person, with your history in front of them. Not a photograph and a paragraph. Quoting units by email would be guessing, and guessing is how people end up over-treated.

Please don't email us

Medical history
Conditions, diagnoses, or anything you would tell a doctor
Medication lists
Including supplements and anything blood-thinning
Clinical photographs
Of a concern, a reaction, or a previous treatment
Insurance or ID numbers
We don't need them, and email isn't the place

Ordinary email is not a secure clinical channel. We take your full history in the suite, on the practice's own compliant charting system, at the start of your consultation. Nothing you send us by email goes into that chart.

The room

One suite, one appointment at a time.

There is no waiting room full of people, because there is nobody else in the building's schedule at your hour. The lobby and the corridor are step-free from the sidewalk, the elevator serves both floors, and the treatment room door and interior clear a wheelchair. Tell us in advance if you need the exam chair positioned differently and we will have it set before you arrive.

The suite is fragrance-light by policy (no diffusers, no scented candles) because a fair number of clients come in for skin that reacts to things. Service animals are welcome. Children are not, on treatment days, for reasons that will be obvious to anyone who has watched a needle come out.

— Start with the consult

Come see the room.

A consultation is the only way in, and it is complimentary. Send a request and the front desk will call you back within the same business day.
