Every service starts with a quiet five-minute consult. We map a shape to your face — not a style chart. The first session is always the longest; refills get easier as we learn your routine.
Classic Full Set
One extension, hand‑isolated to each natural lash. 0.15mm, 8–13mm length, mapped to your eye shape.

A mix of classics and 2–3D fans. The everyday-with-camera-ready set. 0.07mm, soft texture.

Tessa Quinn
Tessa came to Plume from a Phibrows residency in Chicago. She's the only artist in Charlotte trained in golden-ratio mapping — which is why we don't tweeze under fluorescent lights, and why our brow appointments take forty-five minutes.

Foam wash, soft brush, and a card with your refill date already booked — if you want it. We keep your file for two years.

A small studio for quiet luxury.
Plume opened in 2019 in a 600-square-foot space off Camden Row. The original idea was to build a place where the lights weren't fluorescent, the music wasn't loud, and the appointments didn't run long because everyone was overbooked.
Six years later we have three suites, three artists, and four hundred members. No mall location. No franchise. No flash sales. Just the same three artists, doing slow, careful work.
